• Role: HR Specialist & Analyst (HR reporting and training)

Description

You will prepare regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports and ad hoc analyses, and provide HR data insights to managers. You will also coordinate employee learning and development activities, including planning, organization, and training recordkeeping in SAP SuccessFactors (LMS), as well as coordination of language courses. The role combines HR data reporting with process improvement and training administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and ad hoc analyses

• Report HR data from the parent company and provide insights to managers

• Create monthly and weekly presentations

• Work with HR systems RON and SAP SuccessFactors

• Plan, organize, and coordinate employee trainings and development activities

• Record training hours and costs in the SAP SuccessFactors LMS

• Coordinate language courses

• Cooperate with HR, managers, and colleagues across the company

• Support additional HR projects and events

Requirements

• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail

• Very good MS Excel skills

• Completed secondary or university education

• Strong ability to organize work, set priorities, and balance reporting with training coordination and related administration

• English communication (spoken and written)

• Independent, proactive working style with a desire to improve and simplify processes

• Professional, friendly communication with colleagues, managers, and employees

• Experience in reporting, controlling, or data analysis is a plus
