Description

Serve as a hands-on security analyst managing email and endpoint protection tools (Mimecast and Trellix), monitoring security alerts, and supporting cybersecurity awareness programs. Respond to inbound IT Security mailbox requests in English, participate in the IT Security Leadership Team, and help drive operational security improvements. Strong experience with Mimecast administration and phishing/endpoint security is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond in English to requests received via the IT Security mailbox
• Administer and maintain the Mimecast email protection platform
• Maintain Trellix endpoint protection and handle security alerts
• Manage an end-user cybersecurity awareness platform and support awareness campaigns
• Contribute as a member of the IT Security Leadership Team
• Support operational security improvements with internal teams and external security partners

Requirements

• University degree
• 5+ years of experience
• B2 strong English
• Hands-on experience administering Mimecast and Trellix
• Strong knowledge of email security, phishing protection, and endpoint security
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and security incident handling
• Experience with Cyber Security Awareness Training
• Experience in an international business environment
