ERP & Business Systems Application Specialist (AI Automation)

Description

You will own and administer key enterprise applications, with a primary focus on ERP Helios iNuvio, including users, roles/permissions, modules, workflows, and resolving operational issues. You will also support a broader application landscape (CRM, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, internal systems) and ensure access-rights governance, reporting, data quality, and incident resolution with vendor coordination. Additionally, you will identify automation opportunities and help deploy AI tools and internal AI agents (Copilot/Claude and others), including training and creation of department-specific skills and prompts.

Responsibilities

• Administer ERP Helios iNuvio: users, roles, access permissions, modules, forms, workflows, and numberings; analyze and resolve operational problems

• Coordinate with the ERP vendor, including testing updates and changes

• Support end users across the company and propose process improvements across finance, purchasing, warehouse, production, service, and project management

• Manage other enterprise applications (e.g., Raynet CRM, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, internal information systems, ClickUp, mWork365)

• Manage access rights: create/modify/disable user accounts, run permission reviews, maintain privileged account records, support onboarding/offboarding, assist with audits and security checks

• Automate and digitize processes: map/optimize business processes, propose cross-system automations, evaluate benefits, and implement new digital tools

• AI & digital transformation: support rollout of Microsoft Copilot, Claude and other AI tools; create and manage internal AI agents; design skills and prompts; test AI technologies; train employees

• Reporting & data work: prepare reports/analyses; work with data across ERP/CRM and other systems; ensure data quality; propose data dashboards and KPIs

• Data and operations support: data quality checks, incidents, user requests; coordinate escalations and vendor service interventions

• Security & compliance: follow internal security rules; support audits; track access changes; help meet ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2 requirements

Requirements

• Experience administering an ERP system (Helios iNuvio preferred)

• Strong orientation in enterprise business processes

• Analytical thinking

• Ability to communicate with users and external vendors

• Advanced Excel knowledge
