Description

You will learn to work in the Helios Inuvio system and help customers (mostly accountants) use it effectively. The role includes communication, training, and ongoing support for everyday use, along with collaboration with the team.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate in the Helios Inuvio information system
• Communicate with customers and assist them in using the system
• Train and support users in their day-to-day work
• Cooperate with colleagues in the team

Requirements

• Knowledge of accounting and/or payroll
• Experience working with an information system (Helios experience is not required)
• Willingness to learn and communicate with people
• Independence, responsibility, and teamwork spirit
• Driving license category B
