Description

You will manage and evolve key company applications (including Microsoft 365 and other core business systems), participate in the development of the OR-SYSTEM ERP, and implement new modules. You will design and deliver integrations between company systems and applications, support users, and help with digitalization and automation projects. You will also create and maintain documentation for applications and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key business applications (Microsoft 365, ALVAO, ISS Konfigurátor, and others)
• Support OR-SYSTEM ERP development and implement new modules
• Design and implement integrations between company systems and applications
• Collaborate on digitalization, automation, and introduction of new technologies
• Provide user support and handle application-related requests
• Work with internal users, vendors, and the IT team
• Create and update documentation for applications and processes

Requirements

• Experience with administration or development of enterprise/business applications (advantage)
• Understanding of business processes; ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutions
• Independence, responsibility, and systematic approach
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with users across the company
• Driver’s license, class B
