Description

You will support the enterprise economic system Helios iNuvio and the web application for construction production management (RSV), acting as a bridge between IT, operations, and business. The role is not server administration or pure accounting/controlling; you will work with data, understand workflows, resolve user needs, and support application development and changes. You will also prepare data for Power BI using MS SQL Server and help configure low-code approval processes (e.g., contracts, invoices, purchase orders).

Responsibilities

• User and application support for Helios iNuvio and RSV
• Handle incidents and user requests via tickets; coordinate with internal users and the vendor
• Analyze requirements, test solution changes, and support rollout into operations
• Prepare data for Power BI: search data in MS SQL Server, create views, and prepare reporting datasets
• Collaborate on Power BI reports
• Set up low-code approval workflows for contracts, invoices, and purchase orders according to guidelines and assignments
• Progressively learn the company’s organizational structure and internal processes
• Simplify and standardize processes within the systems

Requirements

• Secondary or university education in IT, business informatics, data analytics, or related area
• Experience with enterprise applications, ERP, application support, or business analysis
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge and ability to read data
• Ability to understand relationships between tables and prepare inputs for reporting
• Analytical thinking, independence, and curiosity about business processes
• Good communication skills (users, IT, and vendor)
• English level B1–B2
• Driving license group B (advantage)
