Description

You will help customers implement and fully leverage the Helios Nephrite ERP system. The work includes analyzing client needs and business processes, configuring system processes and parameters with programmers, and supporting users through training and ongoing assistance. You will also collaborate with developers, IT specialists, and sales during pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ERP implementation and support for a large customer

• Analyze customer requirements, needs, and business processes

• Configure processes and system parameters with developers

• Train key users and prepare training materials

• Work with developers, IT specialists, and the sales team

• Provide customer support and support pre-sales activities

Requirements

• Interest in ERP systems and business processes

• Experience as an ERP consultant or ERP system administrator

• Ability to think in context and communicate with customers

• Financial planning knowledge/experience is an advantage (not mandatory)

• Willingness to learn and professionally grow

• Communication skills and customer-oriented approach

• Active driving license category B
