Description

You will manage and develop the core applications the company depends on, without needing to handle servers, hardware, networking, or Windows installation. The role covers solving user issues and improving application setups to reduce clicks and keep data cleaner. Over time, you’ll work with data and automation using SQL queries, light scripting, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), and practical AI.

Responsibilities

• Administer and evolve key enterprise applications (Microsoft 365, CARIS, ABRA Gen, ALVAO)

• Handle user requests from “it doesn’t work” to identifying opportunities for automation

• Optimize application configurations to improve usability and process quality (less clicking, cleaner data, smarter workflows)

• Gradually take on data work and automation using SQL, basic scripting, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI

Requirements

• University degree

• Analytical thinking and a drive to improve beyond “this is how it is”

• Ability and willingness to learn independently

• Basic understanding of IT/data logic; SQL, Excel, scripting, or AI-tool experience is an advantage

• Czech communication proficiency (verbal and written) and ability to read documentation in English
