Description

You will manage the daily operations of the company’s enterprise information system/ERP, support users, and coordinate system improvements based on business needs. The role includes user and access administration, troubleshooting operational issues, testing updates and new modules before deployment, and ensuring changes work correctly. You will also provide internal support, training, and documentation while helping identify process improvements via the system.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and develop the enterprise information system

• Monitor operations and system integrations with other tools

• Manage user accounts and access rights

• Resolve operational issues and user requests

• Coordinate change requests and communicate with ERP system vendors

• Test updates, modifications, and new modules before rollout

• Verify correct functionality after changes

• Support and train internal users

• Create user guides and technical documentation

• Cooperate with management and operational departments

• Propose ways to simplify and improve business processes using the ERP

Requirements

• Minimum high school education with a diploma, ideally technical or IT-focused

• Experience with administration or support of an information system/ERP (economic, transport, or logistics systems)

• Ability to analyze problems and find practical solutions

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365

• Good communication skills for users and external vendors

• Carefulness, independence, and responsible approach

• Willingness to learn and understand transport-company processes

• Driver’s license category B
