Description

You will lead end-to-end IT projects from initial proposal through final deployment within an agile cycle. As a PM, you will manage tasks in Redmine, coordinate change requests, and communicate with clients to guide them through the process and provide training when needed. You will also track project status, analyze time and sprint progress using TMetric, and help improve agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end (from initial schema concept to final deployment)
• Manage tasks in Redmine (backlog prioritization and monitoring completion)
• Coordinate change requests and integrate them smoothly into development
• Partner with clients, guide them through the process, and support training as needed
• Report on project status and evaluate sprint outcomes using TMetric data
• Contribute to continuous improvement of agile processes and internal structure

Requirements

• Experience managing agile IT projects and development teams
• Comfort working with time-tracking and project management tools (ideally Redmine and TMetric)
• Ability to stay calm and drive tasks to completion
• Analytical thinking; understand the logic behind IT solutions (no programming required)
• Independent working style with willingness to decide and take ownership
