• Role: Field Service Team Coordinator (service technicians team liaison)

Description

You’ll plan and coordinate the work of field service technicians across multiple concurrent projects. You’ll communicate daily with customers to align service actions and execution timelines, and manage schedule changes and unexpected events. You’ll also lead and support the technicians by motivating the team and preparing inputs for their evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technicians to maximize efficiency of their time and capacity

• Align service visits and installations with customers’ needs (timelines and execution)

• Handle changes in plans and unexpected situations, including communicating unpleasant updates professionally

• Support, motivate, and lead the service technicians; prepare materials for their performance evaluation

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to find fast solutions in a high-volume environment

• Empathetic, communicative, and outcome-oriented approach

• Ability to manage stress and keep a positive outlook

• Assertive but polite communication; ability to negotiate and reach compromises

• Natural authority to lead and motivate people

• Comfort with a technical environment involving networks and telecommunications (networking background preferred but not mandatory)
