Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of an IT spare-parts warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, dispatching, inventory counts, and stock availability. Lead and coordinate an 8-person team, oversee tens of thousands of items, and drive stock management and warehouse process development. Handle procurement and supplier coordination, analyze warehouse KPIs, and contribute to process optimization and implementation of new tools and technologies while maintaining BOZP and fire compliance.

Responsibilities

• Run daily warehouse operations (receiving, dispatching, inventories, stock checks)
• Manage, support, and organize the work of an 8-person team
• Oversee the storage and management of tens of thousands of IT spare parts
• Ensure purchasing and ordering of packaging materials, office equipment, and other operational needs
• Communicate with suppliers in the Czech Republic and abroad; monitor deliveries and collaborate with internal teams
• Evaluate warehouse metrics, prepare baseline reports, and propose improvements
• Participate in optimizing warehouse processes and introducing new tools and technologies
• Ensure compliance with BOZP, fire regulations, and internal policies

Requirements

• Secondary or university education (SŠ/VŠ)
• Experience in warehouse management in a leading/managerial position
• Experience optimizing processes and implementing technologies
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems
• Communicative English (verbal and written)
• Organizational skills, independence, and analytical thinking
