Description

Join a large-scale EU Supply Chain & Logistics Transformation program to help transform and automate inter-site transport planning across multiple manufacturing locations. You will drive the project through SIT, UAT, regression testing, business readiness, and production cutover, coordinating business, system, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day project governance for a complex Supply Chain & Logistics transformation

  • Drive readiness for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production cutover

  • Establish and manage project gates, qualification criteria, and deployment readiness assessments

  • Coordinate business process preparation across multiple manufacturing sites

  • Manage testing execution, defect resolution, and business sign-off

  • Monitor readiness of system configuration, master data, process documentation, and test environments

  • Coordinate activities across Supply Chain, Transportation, Manufacturing, and IT teams

  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive mitigation actions

  • Prepare status reports, steering committee materials, and executive updates

  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions across stakeholders

  • Support the transition into business operations by establishing sustainable processes and governance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes: Order-to-Delivery, Transportation Planning, Inter-site Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution, and billing/logistics transactional flows

  • Hands-on experience delivering ERP and Supply Chain transformation projects

  • Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover preparation

  • Experience with project governance, stage gates, readiness assessments, and deployment qualification

  • Ability to operate effectively at both operational and executive levels

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Confidence facilitating workshops, project calls, and steering committees

  • Process-oriented mindset focused on quality, business readiness, and execution

  • Fluency in English and ability to work in an international environment
