Description

You will build and develop an automation framework in Flutter and ensure maximum code quality from design through CI/CD. The role focuses on advancing the automation strategy, accelerating testing, expanding automated test suites, and integrating automated quality checks into the CI/CD pipeline to keep regressions out of production. You’ll collaborate closely with the development team and independently identify how to automate new functionality.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the automation strategy to accelerate testing
• Write and maintain robust automated tests in Flutter based on the existing framework
• Manage test scenarios and integrate automated checks into CI/CD
• Ensure regressions never reach production
• Collaborate with developers in Prague and propose automation improvements

Requirements

• Hands-on, demonstrable QA automation experience (ideally Flutter, Playwright, or similar tools)
• Ability and willingness to build scalable automated test suites
• Proactive, fast execution and willingness to take full responsibility
• Effective use of AI tools with a critical approach to outputs (functionality and security prioritized)
• Hybrid work model with required in-person presence in Prague for coordination
• English communication skills
• C2-level Czech or Slovak
