Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web-based business applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role covers turning business and functional requirements into test cases, building a scalable automation framework in Java with Selenium, integrating automated tests into CI/CD, and analyzing failures using logs and pipeline results.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automatic tests for web applications using Java and Selenium WebDriver
• Develop automation framework architecture and test framework components
• Analyze requirements and convert them into test scenarios and test cases
• Define where automation adds the most value (functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end)
• Automate functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests for Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions
• Test integrations between systems and REST API services
• Prepare and maintain test data for repeatability and stability
• Integrate tests into CI/CD processes and monitor results
• Investigate failed tests using logs and pipeline outputs to identify root causes
• Collaborate with developers to debug and verify changes
• Implement reporting mechanisms for test results
• Ensure code quality, readability, scalability, and maintainability
• Perform code reviews and share best practices
• Support quality-first culture and improve testability in solution design
• Identify quality risks and propose mitigation actions
• Create and maintain test and technical documentation
• Expand knowledge in test automation and Dynamics 365 / Power Platform

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of software testing experience, including automation
• Strong Java skills and object-oriented programming
• Practical experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks
• Knowledge of JUnit or TestNG
• Understanding of Page Object Model and automation best practices
• Experience automating functional and regression web tests
• Experience testing REST APIs
• SQL knowledge and ability to verify data in a database
• Practical Git experience
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI)
• Ability to analyze logs and test/pipeline results to find problem sources
• Ability to plan work independently and decide on automation scope and approach
• Knowledge of software testing processes and methodologies
• Agile/Scrum experience
• English B2+ (speaking and writing)
