Description

You will manage analytical, conceptual, and coordination work for preparing and implementing the national system for verification within the EUDIW framework (NSO E). The role covers creating functional and technical specifications, participating in public procurement preparation from a content and technical viewpoint, and ensuring that vendor deliveries meet defined requirements. You will also support expert documentation, business testing and acceptance, and the tracking and prioritization of requirements, changes, and incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze NSO E requirements and processes in line with the European EUDIW framework and related national legislation

  • Prepare and further develop NSO E functional and technical specifications

  • Support preparation of procurement tender documentation (scope of deliverables, technical specifications, qualification prerequisites, evaluation criteria)

  • Provide content oversight during procurement (answer vendor questions, assess compliance of technical/functional requirements in bids, contribute to evaluating the content part of bids)

  • Verify factual correctness of vendor outputs during delivery, assess alignment with specifications, and propose necessary changes or additions

  • Coordinate with specialists and other experts on the development of digital services under the department’s responsibility

  • Prepare expert materials, overviews, and statements for NSO E

  • Participate in solution testing and acceptance (review business scenarios, comment on test scenarios, evaluate acceptance test results; validate alignment with UX and the gov.cz design system)

  • Maintain evidence/records for requirements, changes, and incidents for the Citizen Portal, Public Administration Portal, and the gov.cz design system, including prioritization of resolution

  • Support internal methodological and coordination activities (share know-how, unify approaches, update internal methodologies and standards)
