Description

You will independently coordinate and professionally oversee a digital project for about two years, serving as the intermediary between the client and an external digital service company. The work includes turning the client’s needs and concepts into concrete assignments, coordinating ongoing collaboration, and ensuring delivery on time, quality, and outputs. You will also help develop pastorational internet and digital projects and support grant-related preparation, administration, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Independently coordinate and manage the assigned digital project

  • Convert client needs and ideas into specific requirements for the external digital firm

  • Maintain ongoing communication and coordinate collaboration between the client and the vendor

  • Oversee project progress, deliverables, deadlines, and quality

  • Contribute to the creation and development of pastorational web/internet and digital projects

  • Support grant project activities: preparation, administration, and evaluation

  • Participate in review and evaluation activities in the assigned area

  • Provide continuous updates to the client and propose next steps

Requirements

  • Secondary or university education

  • Practical experience managing projects (or product management)

  • Solid knowledge of the internet, digital technologies, and social networks

  • Ability to understand the client’s needs and formulate them as clear specifications for an IT/digital supplier

  • Very good PC skills in MS Office

  • English proficiency (speaking and writing)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities

  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, organize work, and follow tasks through

  • Responsibility, carefulness, and systematic working style

  • Civic and moral integrity

  • Respect for learning and Catholic Church principles
