Description

Manage delivery for a strategic, nationwide modernization project for a public administration information system with direct alignment to European legislative requirements and national funding programs. The role covers end-to-end delivery: roadmap and schedule coordination, vendor and contract oversight, procurement preparation, and the transition into operations including integrations, data migration, UAT, acceptance, and production handover.

Responsibilities

• Project management
• Coordinate technical implementation and prepare the roadmap
• Monitor schedule and manage dependencies between modules
• Report project status to the client/ordering party
• Prepare public procurement: define ICT tender structure and coordinate technical specifications
• Define SLAs, service model, and acceptance criteria
• Manage multiple IT vendors in parallel
• Control contractual deliverables and manage escalations
• Manage change requests
• Coordinate integrations and data migrations
• Coordinate UAT, acceptance activities, and transition to production operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
• PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA certification (or equivalent)
• At least 6 years of experience in IT project management
• At least 3 years in a management/control position
• Experience coordinating 2+ external IT vendors
• Experience with projects with 4+ years of operational sustainability
• Technical knowledge: BPMN, UML
• Technical knowledge: enterprise architecture
• Technical knowledge: IAM/IDM
