Description

You will partner with healthcare customers to implement, configure, and develop IT solutions. The work includes analyzing customer needs, proposing optimal solutions, training users, testing new system versions, and providing expert support. You’ll also collaborate with the development team and keep user documentation up to date.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure information systems for customers
• Analyze customer needs and design optimal solutions
• Actively develop the product within assigned modules or functionalities
• Train users and provide consultations on how to use the system
• Collaborate on introducing new functionalities
• Handle customer requests and provide expert support
• Test new system versions and verify functionality
• Work with the development team on specific customer requirements
• Create and update user documentation

Requirements

• Secondary or university education (ideally in information technology)
• Strong orientation in IT and information systems
• Analytical thinking and ability to connect related issues
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Independence, responsibility, and a customer-focused approach
• Willingness to travel to customers
• Driver’s license group B
