Description

Lead and coordinate testing for a new IT initiative, organizing and overseeing the testing process and managing both manual and automated testers. Create and execute the test strategy and ensure end-to-end test quality and completeness, with active hands-on involvement. Support system validation aligned with regulatory requirements and maintain SDLC documentation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate manual and automation testing team activities

• Plan, organize, and monitor testing activities

• Develop and implement test strategies and test approach

• Oversee the quality and completeness of the testing process

• Participate actively in testing activities, including practical execution

• Collaborate with project teams, business, and other stakeholders

• Prepare and maintain SDLC documentation and procedures

• Support system validation in line with regulatory requirements

• Ensure testing processes follow applicable standards and best practices

• Co-create and evolve quality processes within the new project

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology, applications, or business domain

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading or managing test teams

• Experience with ITIL and project management

• Experience with test management tools

• Experience designing and implementing business applications

• Good knowledge of testing and SDLC processes

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and SDLC-related processes

• Knowledge of Computerized System Validation (CSV)

• Knowledge of Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Knowledge of software development best practices

• Ability to create and maintain documentation and SDLC procedures

• Knowledge of software applications/solutions relevant to the area

• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to plan projects and organize work

• Very good communication skills and teamwork
