Description

You will support SAP projects by creating test strategies and test concepts, introducing testing methods and tools, and steering test processes. You will perform risk-based test planning, manage test cycles, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders. You’ll also advise on quality goals and tool selection and provide technical guidance to test analysts and testers.

• Advise clients on quality goals and tool selection

• Provide subject-matter guidance to test analysts and testers in the project team

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in test management or test coordination, ideally in project or consulting contexts

• Confident understanding of common delivery models (Agile and classic) and testing processes (e.g., ISTQB)

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira/Xray, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Tricentis qTest)

• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Tricentis TOSCA, Playwright, Cucumber)

• Ability to clearly and convincingly translate technical topics for different stakeholders

• Very good German and English skills with a professional, consultative presence

• Broad knowledge across industries and SAP modules
