Description

Lead and coordinate end-to-end software testing cycles, including planning, execution management, and defect handling. Create and maintain test documentation, and present test results and recommendations to project stakeholders. Support quality assurance by managing test teams, schedules, priorities, risks, and test progress reporting.

  • Prepare dashboards and reports showing test progress and quality
  • Coordinate the testers team and support project goals
  • Set priorities and monitor test execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with both manual and automated software testing; leadership or test coordination in complex projects
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices (e.g., ISTQB)
  • Ability to create test strategies and plan/oversee test cycles
  • Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Zephyr
  • Experience preparing test cases, reporting bugs, and maintaining test documentation
  • Comfortable working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  • Strong problem-solving and ability to act quickly in critical situations
  • Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, motivate the team, set priorities, and delegate
  • Experience identifying project risks and proposing preventative actions
  • Experience managing the full test lifecycle, from planning and strategy to results reporting
  • Experience coordinating tests across different teams and systems, especially integrations
  • Understanding of test automation and how it affects manual testing plans
  • Very good knowledge of banking processes (scoring, reporting, regulatory requirements)
  • Ability to prepare audit and regulatory documentation
  • Experience supporting test processes and resolving ongoing quality challenges
  • Experience managing tester teams and supporting development of less-experienced testers
  • Strong organization of test activities, schedules, risks, and contingency plans
  • Ability to clearly present test status, key risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and management
  • Proactive responsibility for end-product quality
  • ISTQB certification (preferred)
