• Work model: 90% remote (from Poland) + 10% onsite in Dublin

Description

Lead end-to-end testing for a large-scale ERP transformation programme. You will plan, coordinate, and govern all testing phases to validate business processes, data migration, reporting requirements, and new system functionality before Go-Live.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall test strategy and test plan

• Coordinate testing across multiple business units and stakeholders

• Create and manage test scenarios, test scripts, traceability matrices, and testing documentation

• Establish and administer JIRA-based test and defect management processes

• Lead Solution Validation, Data Validation, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Manage defect triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and retesting

• Produce test dashboards, progress reports, and readiness updates for programme governance

• Define test entry and exit criteria and support formal sign-off processes

• Coordinate business testers, manage test schedules, and execution plans

• Support Go-Live readiness assessments and testing-related governance activities

• Collaborate with programme workstream leads to ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in test management within ERP implementations or transformation programmes

• Experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle EBS, or Oracle Fusion environments

• Proven experience managing SIT, UAT, and Data Migration testing

• Strong knowledge of test planning, test execution, and defect management processes

• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar test management tools

• Experience creating traceability matrices, test scripts, and testing documentation

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote and distributed project environment

• Public Sector or Shared Services transformation experience is an advantage
