Description

You will lead the development of a test automation strategy, build and maintain test automation frameworks, and enable continuous testing across CI/CD environments. You will design and integrate automated tests for web applications, APIs, and mobile apps, and execute functional, regression, and UAT testing. You will also coordinate integration, performance/load, and security testing while collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project teams to identify and resolve defects.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation solutions for web applications, APIs, and mobile applications
  • Define and implement a transition strategy from manual testing to automated testing
  • Create and evolve test automation frameworks
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD processes
  • Design test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
  • Run functional, regression, and UAT tests
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to identify and fix defects
  • Produce reports and quality metrics, and monitor test results
  • Coordinate integration, performance, load, and security testing activities
  • Ensure high-quality delivered solutions through comprehensive QA activities

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience
  • ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certification or equivalent
  • 10+ years of test automation experience
  • Very good knowledge of test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, WebdriverIO, or similar
  • Experience automating web applications, APIs, and mobile applications
  • 10+ years hands-on experience building test solutions and test frameworks
  • Very good knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript/Node.js used for automation
  • 15+ years experience in functional, regression, and UAT testing
  • Very good knowledge of manual test design techniques
  • Experience with test management and defect reporting/tracking tools
  • Very good knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI, or similar
  • Experience managing test data
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
