Description

Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle in a large international program by designing and overseeing the overall test strategy, governance, and quality standards. Coordinate E2E testing across multiple parallel streams—unit, integration, UAT, and smoke testing—across multi-stage release cycles. Manage defect handling, maintain test documentation and quality metrics, and work closely with stakeholders to validate requirements and prepare the business for Go-Live.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in software quality test management, including building test strategies for complex transformation programs

• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, especially Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and/or Source-to-Contract (S2C)

• Practical knowledge of the full testing lifecycle (ITC, UAT, Smoke Testing) and creating test artifacts

• Proven experience with defect management and quality status reporting

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams

• Experience in complex multinational project environments

• Fluent English in speech and writing

• Test management tools: Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, HP ALM

• Certifications: ISTQB (e.g., Test Manager), PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience scaling and standardizing test processes and supporting Release Management for quarterly release cycles

• Understanding of Target Operating Model and operating model design concepts
