Description

Lead the QA team to deliver high-quality products and services that meet established standards and customer expectations. You will develop and enforce QA policies, optimize processes through audits and improvements, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve defined targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce QA policies; lead the QA team to set and achieve defined targets

• Ensure products and services meet established standards and customer expectations

• Conduct comprehensive audits and assess existing processes for potential improvements

• Improve product quality and process optimization

• Manage people management and growth through mentoring and fostering a collaborative environment

• Encourage continuous professional development to build a high-performing team

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Proven track record in effective team management and successful project execution

• Knowledge of QA methodologies and tools

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop viable solutions

• Leadership skills with effective communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capability to manage, motivate, and lead a team while ensuring productive interactions with various stakeholders

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
