Description

Drive application, analytics, and AI testing by leading test strategies, test plans, and hands-on validation for data pipelines, BI, and advanced analytics solutions. Oversee regression and performance testing for analytics platforms and AI models, including AI model validation and accuracy testing. Maintain and communicate a test concept aligned with data governance principles and support test environments and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee application and analytics testing; provide direction on testing tools and test case documentation; execute test plans

• Design and implement test strategies for data pipelines, analytics models, and AI solutions

• Execute hands-on testing for new product/project enhancements, especially in data, BI, and advanced analytics environments

• Support project teams in setting up detailed and effective test cases for Lakehouse, Data Warehouse (DWH), and Analytics platforms

• Lead regression and performance testing of existing solutions (analytics platforms, AI models)

• Produce readiness assessments, including AI model validation and accuracy testing

• Design and implement Test Data Management solutions based on a defined framework

• Support implementation of automated testing solutions to improve operational efficiency in data pipelines and analytics

• Participate in design and testing sessions across enterprise teams

• Update and maintain the overall test concept with a strong focus on test strategy aligned with data governance principles

• Review third-party high-level designs and implementations to ensure testing quality and consistency with standards

• Establish testing standards and repeatable patterns for analytics and AI deployments

• Request and manage test environments (Monitoring, Incident Management, Change Management) and oversee environment setup

• Provide subject matter expertise for troubleshooting data quality, system integration, and analytics issues

• Convey technical findings and recommendations clearly to product development and business teams

Requirements

• Fluent command of English

• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing testing team members and executing test plans

• Familiarity with testing methodologies, test case documentation, and execution of custom-developed applications

• Technical expertise using query-based database tools and relational SQL databases

• Proven expertise with Databricks and Azure Cloud Services; experience driving automated testing initiatives

• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies; ability to collaborate in a team environment

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
