With offices in Warsaw and Gdansk, and strong global partnerships, we foster a dynamic, multicultural environment that promotes diversity and international opportunities.How you will get the job doneoverseeing application and analytics testing, providing direction on testing tools, testing case documentation, and executing of test plansdesigning and implementing comprehensive test strategies for data pipelines, analytics models, and AI solutionsexecuting hands-on testing to validate new product/project enhancements, particularly in data, BI, and Advanced Analytics environmentssupporting project teams in setting up detailed and effective test cases for Lakehouse, Data Warehouse (DWH), and Analytics platformsleading regression and performance testing of existing solutions (analytics platforms, AI models)producing reliable assessments of software and data solution readiness, including AI model validation and accuracy testingdesigning and implementing Test Data Management solutions based on defined frameworkssupporting the implementation of automated testing solutions for operational efficiencies in data pipelines and analyticsparticipating in design and testing sessions across enterprise teamsupdating and maintaining overall test concept with strong focus on test strategy aligned with data governance principlesreviewing third-party high-level designs and implementations to ensure quality and consistency with testing standardsestablishing testing standards and patterns for how Munich Re deploys analytics and AI solutions in a standard and repeatable wayrequesting and managing test environments (Monitoring, Incident Management, Change Management) and overseeing setup of new environmentsproviding subject matter expertise in troubleshooting data quality, system integration, and analytics issuesconveying technical findings and recommendations to product development and business teams with clarity and impactcollaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with strategic objectivesSkills and experience you will needfluent command of Englishuniversity degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar fieldmin. 3 years of experience managing testing team members and executing test plansfamiliarity with testing methodologies, test case documentation, and execution of custom-developed applicationstechnical expertise with query-based database tools and relational SQL databasesproven expertise with Databricks and Azure Cloud Services, and experience in driving automated testing initiatives, will be a strong plusknowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and processes work collaboratively in a team environmentexcellent communication and presentation skillsNice to haveITIL certification or willingness to pursue onePerks & BenefitsLet's be healthyMedical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.Let's be balancedWork-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
