Description

Global Test Manager responsible for leading the testing strategy for an international program. The role requires a strong testing and aviation background plus proven leadership and stakeholder management. You will oversee testing execution and quality assurance across multiple teams, ensure compliance with standards, and drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and implementation of a comprehensive testing strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create and maintain requirements, test plans, and execute tests using advanced techniques and tools.
• Establish process for tracking and addressing defects identified during testing.
• Oversee testing resources, including users involved in User Acceptance Testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing models and enhance processes.
• Use automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure high standards of user experience and system performance.
• Provide regular metrics and performance reports on testing activities to leadership.
• Conduct various types of testing: User Acceptance, Integration, Performance, and Regression testing.

Requirements

• 10+ years in testing, with 2+ years in aviation.
• ISTQB certified with experience using QTest (Tricentis).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in automated testing techniques.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Trax-to-AMOS migration.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Knowledge of French, Dutch, or German languages.
