Description

Support enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) implementations that enable data-driven customer experiences. Analyze client requirements and data sources, design and maintain XDM/data models, configure ingestion and tracking, and build/activate audiences and journeys. Provide integration support, workshops, and technical documentation throughout delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client data sources and translate business requirements into AEP solutions

• Design and maintain XDM schemas, field groups, identity namespaces, and merge policies

• Configure batch and streaming data ingestion, Data Prep mappings, and datasets

• Implement tracking and data collection using Web SDK, Mobile SDK, Tags, datastreams, and event forwarding

• Build, validate, and activate audiences in Real-Time CDP

• Write SQL for data validation, derived datasets, and calculated attributes

• Configure customer journeys, offers, and decisioning logic in Adobe Journey Optimizer

• Support integrations with client environments and external platforms using APIs and cloud services

• Participate in workshops and solution design sessions; perform training and knowledge transfer

• Prepare technical documentation and implementation guidelines

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform in a live production environment

• Practical knowledge of XDM schemas, identity management, datasets, profiles, and merge policies

• Experience building and activating audiences in Real-Time CDP

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience working with JSON and REST APIs (e.g., Postman)

• Ability to gather requirements and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

• Fluent Polish and communicative English (B2/C1)
