Description

Drive and coordinate SAP FICO data migration activities across cleansing, field mapping, migration loads, validation, verification, documentation, and issue resolution to ensure data readiness for successful SAP implementation and transformation projects. Act as the deployment focal point for assigned data objects within the migration scope and collaborate with business, functional, ETL/data migration, legacy, product, and global functional data owner stakeholders. Support data verification testing, business data sign-off, and training for business users.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate data migration activities: cleansing, field mapping, loads, validation, and verification
• Serve as the deployment focal point for assigned data objects
• Collaborate with Business Data Owners, Deployment Functional Process Experts, ETL/Data Migration Teams, Legacy Teams, Product Teams, and Global Functional Data Owners
• Analyze data readiness reports, defects, and data deviations; drive migration issues to resolution
• Support data verification testing and business data sign-off
• Train and support business users on data migration processes and requirements
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of migration data
• Manage multiple activities and stakeholders in parallel, including under pressure
• Maintain documentation related to data migration and deployment activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP data migration and deployment activities with hands-on work in data cleansing, field mapping, data loads, validation, and data verification
• Experience as a data migration focal point, deployment data lead, or DFDO in SAP implementation/transformation projects
• Strong understanding of SAP configurations, business processes, and data dependencies
• Experience analyzing data readiness reports, defects, data deviations, and driving issue resolution
• Experience supporting data verification testing and business data sign-off
• Experience training and supporting business users on data migration processes and requirements
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in Agile projects
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills in English (written and spoken), including in multinational environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and activities in parallel while working effectively under pressure
• Strong ownership and attention to detail; ability to work independently while collaborating across global and local teams
• Flexible, proactive, and collaborative mindset for global/virtual projects
