Description

Support functional analysis and business requirements gathering for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories, help configure low-code/no-code marketing technology platforms, and assist with customer journey, audience/segmentation, and campaign setup. Perform data analysis, validation, testing, and defect analysis while collaborating with business and technical teams on customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support functional analysis and requirements gathering

• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories

• Assist with configuration of low-code/no-code marketing technology platforms

• Help configure customer journeys, audiences, segmentation, and campaigns

• Conduct data analysis, validation, and testing

• Support defect analysis and solution verification

• Collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile environment

Requirements

• Active student status and availability of at least 30 hours per week

• Availability to work from Warsaw or Łódź office 2–3 days per week

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Strong interest in MarTech, CDP, analytics, and customer experience solutions

• Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and Java

• Understanding of databases, APIs, data models, XML, and JSON

• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn

• Interest in AI and generative AI concepts
