Description

Support product owners with roadmap definition and prioritization for the Digital Client Experience & Platforms organization. Translate business goals into agile epics and user stories, define user journeys and acceptance criteria, and partner with the technology team to deliver digital solutions. Help analyze AI use cases, support AI-driven backlog creation, oversee user acceptance testing, and track KPIs and adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Support roadmap definition and prioritization; assist with release planning and business requirements communication

  • Analyze critical user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes aligned to product vision and user/control needs

  • Analyze AI use cases to automate internal processes and enable AI-powered client experiences

  • Identify, groom, and validate epics and user stories for agile sprints using Jira and Confluence

  • Use AI analytics for backlog prioritization and task automation

  • Use generative AI to draft product scope, user stories, functional behavior, and metrics for AI initiatives

  • Assist with backlog refinement and sprint planning ceremonies; communicate requirements

  • Specify acceptance criteria; review testing cases/scenarios; perform and oversee UAT

  • Analyze and define/manage data flows/models and diverse datasets for digital planning solution requirements and expected behavior

  • Work closely with technology to ensure effective requirements communication and timely delivery

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, UX, risk, cyber & fraud, communications, legal & compliance to elicit requirements

  • Prepare presentations, user demos, and status updates

  • Gather, organize, and assimilate internal/external feedback to prioritize gaps, enhancements, and features

  • Collaborate with UI/UX on information/interaction architecture, user flows, wireframes, and visual design comps

  • Coordinate release organization and planning with program management/business transformation

  • Define, collect, and track KPIs and product/program adoption and usage metrics; evangelize adoption

  • Triaging defects and supporting incident/production issue remediation with the technology team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related preferred)

  • 2–3 years of experience as a software business or systems analyst delivering new web or mobile applications in Agile/Scrum

  • Proven track record delivering digital products on time and within scope

  • Experience in an Agile development environment

  • Strong communication skills to present complex information clearly and concisely

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to advocate for both client and advisor

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Familiarity with Jira, Jive, SharePoint, and HP ALM
