Description

Own the performance and further development of the e-commerce channel—from the website and UX and conversion rate to paid acquisition. Lead e-commerce strategy and roadmap prioritization based on business impact, while setting performance marketing direction, budgets, and priorities for domestic PPC and international agency work. Make data-driven changes and ensure measurable improvements in revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Own the e-commerce roadmap and prioritize development by business impact
  • Improve conversion rate, revenue per session, and AOV
  • Develop UX/UI and the customer journey (from landing page to order completion)
  • Optimize product pages, categories, navigation, landing pages, and checkout
  • Run CRO programs with A/B testing and hypothesis evaluation
  • Develop Shopify and the broader e-commerce technology stack
  • Work with web and behavioral analytics; evaluate and interpret data
  • Collaborate with development, data, design, and marketing teams
  • Set performance marketing strategy, goals, and priorities
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets
  • Lead and challenge the in-house PPC specialist and work with external agencies
  • Evaluate performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other acquisition channels
  • Manage metrics such as CAC, MER/PNO, ROAS, attribution, and acquisition profitability
  • Drive forecasting and identify scaling opportunities
  • Partner with the creative team on performance-oriented content

Requirements

  • Strong experience in managing e-commerce and developing an online store
  • Experience owning the e-commerce roadmap with UX and CRO
  • Strong analytical and business thinking
  • Ability to work from the office (4+1 office/home office)
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing and paid acquisition economics
  • Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads sufficient to lead specialists and an agency
  • Experience with e-commerce unit economics and KPIs (CR, AOV, CAC, MER/PNO, ROAS, LTV)
  • Experience with direct people leadership
  • Ability to prioritize by business impact and take ownership of results
  • Ability to partner effectively with the CMO and cross-functionally (marketing, IT, data, design)
