Description

Support the migration from SAP IS-U to a new billing system based on SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce. Ensure customer master data (addresses, email addresses, etc.) is in proper condition before migration and introduce quality assurance measures for billing data such as prices, contract terms, and price guarantees.

Responsibilities

• Address questions and issues from the re-platforming project, clarify problems related to customer master data, and propose solution approaches

• Monitor and coordinate data cleansing activities and align with stakeholders

• Perform root-cause analyses for errors related to pricing data and identify process errors with IT

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Sales and Marketing processes

• Experience from the role of Data Steward

• Experience with data cleansing and data migration

• Experience with data analysis in SAP ISU, including use of SAP QuickViewer and SAP ERP tables

• Data analysis skills in SAP BW Analysis

• Understanding of Robotics-based data cleansing processes for correct template filling

• Ideally: Salesforce knowledge

• German language skills (spoken and written)
