• Elicit and challenge stakeholder needs; translate objectives into functional requirements, acceptance criteria and delivery scope.

• Use SQL for data discovery, profiling, validation, reconciliation and gap analysis, including data-quality assessment.
• Specify dashboards and reporting, contribute to Tableau visualisations, and lead UAT to validate correctness, usability and business impact.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data/Analytics Business Analyst or in a comparable role delivering data or analytics initiatives.
• Strong hands-on SQL: querying, joining datasets, validating results and analysing data-quality issues.
• Proven requirements engineering, backlog management and stakeholder management, including process-to-data/reporting translation.
• Analytical, independent and accountable approach; ability to operate effectively amid delivery ambiguity.
• Agile experience and familiarity with Tableau or comparable BI tools; SAP ECC/S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Professional English required.
