Description

You will support the migration of SAP R/3 to S/4HANA by analyzing and documenting business requirements, assessing existing processes, and identifying optimization opportunities for the target architecture.

You will translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, align solutions with SAP best practices and system functions, and lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and gap analyses.

You will also contribute to data mapping and validation, and coordinate testing, training, and change management to ensure a smooth transition and strong user adoption.

Requirements

• Comprehensive experience with SAP modules (FI, SD, MM)
• Ideally experience with S/4HANA
• Practical experience from migration projects (Greenfield, Brownfield)
• Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops and gap analyses
• Analytical, structured working style with high attention to detail
• Ability to convert business and technical requirements into SAP solutions
• Experience creating user stories, documentation, and test cases
• Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
