Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a SQL Database Administrator

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration and architecture

• Solid understanding of SQL performance tuning and query optimization

• Experience with database backup strategies, recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning

• Knowledge of high availability technologies including replication and log shipping

• Experience with database maintenance, monitoring, and capacity management

• Good understanding of database structures, indexes, filegroups, and memory management

• Experience working with Windows Server environments

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
