Description

You will administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server 2016+ database environments, ensuring performance, availability, and stability. The role includes T-SQL development (stored procedures and triggers), SSIS package deployment, and administrative support for Power BI Report Server (access, performance, upgrades, SSL certificates). You will also support Azure VM/Windows Server environments and handle incidents, changes, and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain MS SQL Server database environments

• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve database performance, availability, and stability issues

• Work with T-SQL, stored procedures, and triggers

• Create, maintain, and deploy SSIS packages

• Support Power BI Report Server administration (access issues, performance, upgrades, SSL certificate configuration)

• Operate with Azure VM, Windows Server, and Azure DevOps

• Monitor environments using SCOM and/or Azure Monitor

• Handle incidents/requests/changes via ServiceNow or similar ITIL tooling

• Participate in on-call 24/7 support, including weekends

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016+

• DBA/SQL Server Administrator experience

• Significant T-SQL, stored procedures, and triggers experience

• Experience creating, maintaining, and deploying SSIS packages

• Experience with Azure VM, Windows Server, and Azure DevOps

• Power BI Report Server administrative knowledge: troubleshooting access and performance, upgrades, and SSL certificates

• Basic knowledge of SCOM and/or Azure Monitor

• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITIL systems

• Availability for 100% on-site work in a secure room (Wrocław or Gdańsk)

• Availability for 8-hour shifts (08:00–20:00 CET)

• Readiness for 24/7 on-call support, including weekends
