Description

Join a Core Banking team that develops, maintains, and improves the Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) platform. You will work technically and functionally on core functionality, including product/configuration work, production/support issue resolution, and migration/transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring strong business-to-technical problem analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and improve Oracle FLEXCUBE / FCUBS core platform functionalities

• Analyze core banking processes/operations and how they are implemented in FLEXCUBE

• Configure products, parameters, events, roles, and accounting rules

• Diagnose and resolve functional and technical problems in production and support environments

• Analyze data with SQL and validate correctness

• Analyze integrations and communications using SOAP/REST and XML

• Review logs and troubleshoot at the UNIX/Linux level

• Collaborate with business, technical, and stakeholder teams

• Support migration, transformation, and core banking platform development initiatives

• Translate business requirements into functional-technical solutions

• Identify root causes, propose solutions, and drive issues to closure

• Help reduce technical debt and increase platform stability

Requirements (Must Have)

• Practical experience confirmed in each area below

• Core Banking: hands-on experience with core banking operations; strong knowledge of account lifecycle, interest calculation, fees/charges calculation, accounting entries/postings, and fundamentals of regulatory reporting

• Oracle FLEXCUBE / FCUBS: hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE; strong knowledge of product/parameter configuration, events, roles, accounting rules, FLEXCUBE architecture, and interactions between database, application, and interfaces; experience analyzing and resolving production issues

• Technical: SQL for independent data analysis and validation; knowledge of SOAP/REST web services; practical knowledge of XML messages; ability to analyze logs in UNIX/Linux; ability to read and interpret technical documentation and system logs

• Analytics/Collaboration: strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to independently drive topics from problem analysis to resolution; openness and proactive mindset; strong communication with business and technical stakeholders; ability to work in production/support, including complex incidents

• Language: fluent English (oral and written)
