Description

The project is for a banking client and focuses on developing and modernising core banking solutions using Oracle FLEXCUBE. The team builds new functionality and integrates the FLEXCUBE platform with other systems and services across the banking ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and extend core banking functionality

• Integrate the Oracle FLEXCUBE platform with external banking systems using APIs

• Support modernization, implementation, and migration activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial software development experience, including banking/financial sector projects

• Practical Oracle FLEXCUBE experience in development, implementation, migration, or modernization projects

• Good knowledge of the core banking environment and processes related to core banking products

• Experience developing and integrating banking systems using APIs

• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture (developer perspective)

• Experience with databases and SQL

• Knowledge of at least one backend programming language used in projects

• Agile experience and familiarity with CI/CD processes

• Basic understanding of security, performance, and reliability requirements for banking systems

• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and implement new functionality

• Ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, testers, and other team members

• Good command of English

• Willingness/ability to work hybrid: 6 days per month from the Warsaw office
