Senior Business Analyst (OSPlus) — Core Banking

Description

Work as a Senior Business Analyst on OSPlus core banking projects, supporting clients with analysis, concept development, coordination between business and IT, and agile delivery. You will structure and document business requirements, ensure feasibility, and oversee software testing from test design through go-live.

Role responsibilities

• Analyze: Structure and capture business requirements, check feasibility, and document everything clearly.
• Concept: Develop sound functional concepts and derive concrete work packages.
• Coordinate: Ensure a shared understanding between business departments and IT and define clear priorities.
• Support clients: Use your expertise to help customers with OSPlus projects and new applications.
• Test & go-live: Oversee software tests from test design to go-live and ensure smooth operation.
• Agile delivery: Drive agile projects end-to-end, apply method expertise, and find pragmatic solutions to complex topics.

Requirements

• Degree in business economics, business administration, business informatics, computer science, or equivalent; alternatively, completed Sparkassen apprenticeship plus qualification as Sparkassenbetriebswirt*in or Sparkassenfachwirt*in
• Practical experience in OSPlus projects
• Knowledge of Sparkassen functions and processes (advantage)
• Methodical and structured approach in projects, technical understanding, openness to new ways of working
• Moderation skills and confident communication ability at all levels
• German proficiency at C2 level
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany for customer projects
