Description

Own the development of a Customer Experience (CX) platform by conceiving and implementing an insights chatbot that combines customer data in an intelligent way. Translate complex business needs into technical product specifications, operationalize the product across its full lifecycle, and drive global rollout. Manage data connection and preparation, and create, evolve, and automate dashboards while steering highly complex, platform-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop the CX platform via an insights chatbot that leverages and combines customer data

• Own product operationalization across the entire product lifecycle

• Connect and prepare enterprise-wide data

• Build, improve, and automate dashboards

• Lead platform-wide, high-complexity initiatives including resource and timeline responsibility

• Proactively manage interfaces between business units, IT, and external partners

Requirements

• Multi-year experience managing complex IT projects and designing/evolving AI solutions

• Proven ability to scale prototypes into full enterprise solutions

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on business informatics or comparable qualification

• Experience implementing LLM chatbots; deep knowledge of dashboards

• Solid experience building Cloud Data Warehouses and Enterprise BI solutions

• Strong communication and persuasive presence
