Description

You will own the product for innovative Customer Intelligence IT solutions and drive complex projects independently. The role includes developing the CX platform with an insights chatbot that combines multiple customer data sources, as well as operationalizing requirements across the product life cycle from technical specifications to global rollout. You will integrate company-wide data and create, improve, and automate dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own product responsibility for Customer Intelligence IT solutions and lead complex projects end-to-end
• Evolve the CX platform by conceiving and implementing an insights chatbot
• Operationalize business requirements into technical product specifications across the full product life cycle
• Connect, prepare, and integrate enterprise data for reporting
• Create, further develop, and automate dashboards
• Secure delivery by managing highly complex, platform-wide initiatives including resource and schedule responsibility
• Proactively manage interfaces between business teams, IT, and external partners

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing complex IT projects
• Experience conceiving and scaling innovative AI solutions from prototypes to enterprise solutions
• Degree in economics/business informatics or equivalent qualification
• Experience implementing LLM chatbots
• Deep understanding of dashboards
• Experience building cloud data warehouses and enterprise BI solutions
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder/networking skills
