Description

You will oversee the delivery of international B2G projects and act as the main partner for state-institution customers and the internal development team. Your mission is to build customer relationships, capture requirements directly in the field, and work with developers and product managers to turn them into real, functioning solutions. You will handle feedback professionally and support decision-making on different solution options.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with government customers and regularly travel to customer sites (about 14 days every three months)

• Identify customer needs and requirements, then implement them with the development team

• Translate developer input and customer feedback into solutions that meet customer expectations

• Discuss alternative solution variants with clients when needed

• Share market needs and feedback with the sales team, collaborating from initial project acquisition

Requirements

• Proven project management experience

• Experience in project management ideally in IT or the defense sector

• Ability to adapt to different cultures with diplomacy and tact

• Strong teamwork mindset and personal accountability

• Strong language skills: fluent Czech and English are required

• Ability to discuss technical topics with both customers and developers

• Willingness to travel as required
