Description

You will develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for Intralogistics systems supporting automated logistics centers. You will design and maintain an end-to-end framework to automate testing of full business processes, build a test ecosystem (including narrow integration tests), and advise development teams on automation and QA. The role also includes risk analysis, QA best practices, stakeholder communication, and performance/load testing.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a full test strategy for Intralogistics systems
• Design and develop an end-to-end framework for automated testing of logistics business processes
• Analyze risks, prioritize test scenarios, and define QA best practices
• Communicate QA quality status, risks, and progress to stakeholders
• Build an ecosystem of narrow integration tests for automated interface testing
• Advise and support development teams with test automation and QA
• Prepare QA metrics and quality information for stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation or QA of complex systems
• Proven experience creating test strategies and designing E2E and integration test framework architectures
• Strong practical knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright)
• Experience in agile collaboration and ability to build quality awareness in tech teams
• QA mentoring/advisory experience
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong communication skills
• Analytical, structured approach to problem solving
• Independent and proactive mindset
• Continuous quality improvement mindset
• Polish C1; German and English at least B2
