Senior QA Automation Engineer – API & E2E Testing

You will help build robust testing frameworks and ensure seamless integration and performance of APIs and web applications, driving quality and efficiency for enterprise clients.Your main responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain automated E2E (Playwright + TypeScript) and API (REST/SOAP) test solutions.Create detailed test scenarios and cases for backend and end-to-end flows.Validate API contracts and error handling scenarios to ensure reliability.Develop and refactor testing frameworks using Java and TypeScript to improve scalability and maintainability.Analyze functional, integration, and performance test results for continuous improvement.Diagnose defects using logs, requests, and data analysis to support development quality.Maintain and extend tests within CI/CD pipelines ensuring smooth deployment workflows.Conduct thorough code reviews and collaborate closely with developers to uphold high standards.You're ideal for this role if you have:At least 5 years of experience in automated API and/or E2E testing.Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Java for backend automation.Experience with Playwright, Rest Assured, Gatling, and SQL data validation.Hands-on knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps), Maven/Gradle.Ability to design risk-based test cases and work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams.It is a strong plus if you also have:Experience with performance testing tools such as Gatling.Knowledge of microservices architecture.Familiarity with Swagger and API mocking tools.Eligibility to work in Europe:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work within the European Union will be considered for this role.#MAKEYourCareerBETTERInterested?
