Description

Administer and maintain Windows 11 and macOS workstation environments. Diagnose and resolve complex incidents reported by users and escalated from Level 1 support. Create, test, and deploy application packages (SCCM/MECM, MDM) and prepare OS deployment images (Task Sequence, In-Place Upgrade), while managing OS/application updates and analyzing system logs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and macOS workstation environments
• Diagnose and resolve complex system/application problems and support incident resolution
• Create, test, deploy application packages using SCCM/MECM and MDM
• Prepare and develop OS images (Task Sequence, In-Place Upgrade)
• Manage operating system and application updates
• Analyze system logs and identify root causes of incidents
• Manage objects in Active Directory
• Create scripts to automate administrative processes
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application teams, and Service Desk
• Participate in rollouts of new workstation solutions

Requirements

• Experience in Windows 11 administration
• Knowledge of SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune / Azure Entra ID
• Ability to diagnose system and application problems
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services
• Experience creating PowerShell scripts
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Problem Management)
• Teamwork skills and ability to solve problems independently
• English knowledge enabling ongoing communication
