Description

You will support users with portal, CMS, and CAD software requests. Responsibilities include analyzing reported issues, resolving user problems, updating existing CMS content, and escalating more complex cases to the team.

Responsibilities

• Handle user requests related to the portal, CMS, and CAD software

• Analyze reported issues and help users resolve them

• Navigate the CMS confidently and update existing content

• Cooperate with the team to investigate and escalate more complex issues

• Use existing materials and instructions when providing support

Requirements

• Experience working with CMS platforms

• Confidence in navigating a CMS and good understanding of content management

• Experience in user support, technical support, or ticket-based environments

• Ability to analyze problems and communicate solutions clearly

• Independence and good organizational skills

• English proficiency sufficient for daily international cooperation

• Very good English and Polish
