Description

You will support and optimize a global Workplace platform by providing high-quality hands-on SharePoint user support. You will translate business and user requirements into technical specifications for L2/L3 support teams, resolve English “how-to” tickets, and participate in discovery and specialized meetings. The role focuses on improving the user experience and increasing SharePoint adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on SharePoint user support within the Workplace platform

• Translate business and user requirements into clear technical specifications for L2/L3 support teams

• Handle and resolve “how-to” support tickets efficiently in English

• Participate in specialized meetings and on-site discovery sessions

• Continuously enhance user experience and drive better SharePoint adoption

Requirements

• Expert-level Microsoft SharePoint

• Expert-level Microsoft 365 (M365)

• Expert-level Microsoft Teams

• Strong written and spoken English for clear, effective ticket resolution

• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

• Comfortable engaging directly with end users and technical support teams alike
