Description

Lead IT and eCommerce projects built on Shopify, coordinating designers, developers, and testers to deliver on quality, budget, and timelines. Manage end-to-end delivery with clients and partners, using Agile practices and Jira, and support eCommerce infrastructure such as OMS, PIM, and ERP. Participate in shaping product direction and defining team goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects, primarily eCommerce, including e-commerce infrastructure (e.g., OMS, PIM, ERP)
• Coordinate project teams (designers, developers, testers)
• Deliver projects with focus on Quality, Budget, and Time
• Manage projects in Jira and participate in improving management systems
• Communicate with clients and partners during implementations; guide clients through the full delivery process
• Contribute to product development by creating offerings and defining team goals

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience working with clients in Agile and with time & material billing
• Strong understanding of the software eCommerce domain
• Experience managing project teams of more than 5 people
• Ability to manage project budget, time, and scope
• Excellent organization (calendar, email, phone, checklists)
• English level at least B2 for smooth email and phone communication
• Working with Shopify/Odoo and related systems is an additional advantage
